The Kitchen Supervisor manages daily back-of-house operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and efficient service while maintaining our commitment to excellence. This role works closely with the Culinary Director on menu execution and collaborates regularly with the General Manager to maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct kitchen staff
Create and manage staff schedules
Train new team members
Monitor performance and provide feedback
Maintain positive work environment
Operations Management
Oversee daily kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization
Manage inventory and ordering
Monitor food costs and waste
Implement safety and sanitation procedures
Food Production
Manage prep lists and production timing
Maintain recipe standards
Support menu implementation
Coordinate with front‑of‑house supervisor
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Manual dexterity for equipment and food preparation
Time Requirements
This is a part‑time position
24‑28 hours per week
Shifts vary, earliest is 6am start time and latest is 4:30pm closing
Looking to potential hire 1-2 part time candidates.
