You will work closely with your business services colleague within the portfolio of properties, with your focus property being Charlecote Park. What it's like to work here
Reporting directly to the Property Operations Manager, you’ll be part of a friendly high functioning team of colleagues providing business services support to the portfolio team, assisting the Property Operations Manager, and supporting SLT with facilitation and minute taking. It’s an exciting time to join the team, as we merge into a new portfolio and streamline our new ways of working. Our friendly, outgoing teams are passionate about conserving the special places in our care, putting visitors first in all we do, ensuring exceptional service both internally and externally with our stakeholders and partners.

Working as part of the portfolio team, primarily based at Charlecote Park, you’ll often be the first point of contact at the office, via phone and email. You’ll also be responsible for accurate record keeping and data management, financial management and reporting: including banking, petty cash, and supporting the team with compliance tasks and administration.
