About Our Family
We’re a busy, dynamic family of four with two daughters (ages 5 and 14). Our days are full with work, school, and extracurricular activities, and both parents are currently focused on growing and expanding our businesses. As we balance our careers and family life, we’re looking for support at home to help keep everything running smoothly.

We love to golf and spend much of our free time on the course, and travel is a big part of our work, so we’re often juggling personal and professional commitments. Our children are actively involved in activities, and as our extracurricular schedules continue to grow, we’ll need someone who can help us stay organized and on track.

Our family is a mix of strong and easy-going energy with a common thread of being down to earth and excited to welcome a supportive extension to our home. We appreciate proactivity, clarity, and a straightforward communication style. We also have a small dog, so comfort around pets and helping with light pet care from time to time would be appreciated.

We’re organized and professional, and we’re looking for someone proactive, dependable, and hands-on—especially in the kitchen and with household tasks—who can help maintain a well-run home and support the flow of our busy family life.

Who You Are
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and dependable individual who brings a calm, professional presence to the home. The ideal candidate is comfortable taking direction while also working independently, is receptive to feedback, and communicates clearly and directly.

This role requires a hands‑on partner who can anticipate needs, step in where necessary, and help ensure the household runs smoothly. Comfort navigating a family dynamic that includes both assertive, goal‑oriented personalities and more laid‑back, adaptable ones is important, so flexibility and strong interpersonal awareness are key.

We value efficiency, transparency, and attention to detail. The right person will be willing to roll up their sleeves and assist with a range of responsibilities, from day‑to‑day household upkeep to deep cleaning and organizational projects, while maintaining a grounded, approachable welcoming energy to also connect with our family.
