Responsibilities
The Cook 2 position is an intermediate‑level cook requiring good communication and culinary experience. You should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures. This position may involve working in different areas of the kitchen and must be flexible to work mornings, afternoons, and evenings typically between 5:00 am – 11:30 pm, any day of the week including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications
Refined verbal communication skills.
2 years of previous line experience preferred.
Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred.
Candidate should be able to perform all basic cooking skills.
Able to work a single station in the kitchen.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Needs to have flexible availability, 7 days a week, including as early 5:30am.
