Production Supervisor
to join our team.
In this role, you will lead, coach, and develop production team members while ensuring daily operations run safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety and quality standards. You will play a key role in building team capability, improving processes, and delivering operational results.
What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop Your Team
Train new team members on procedures and safety standards.
Lead daily engagement meetings and foster strong communication.
Coach team members on performance, expectations, and KPIs.
Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development.
Support hiring, onboarding, and cross-training initiatives.
Recognize and celebrate team successes.
Address employee concerns and provide timely resolution.
Drive engagement using Continuous Improvement tools.
Drive Operational Excellence
Oversee daily production activities to ensure schedules and targets are met.
Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective action as needed.
Conduct product audits and implement improvements.
Investigate incidents, customer complaints, and process deviations.
Ensure all materials and supplies are available to meet production needs.
Maintain accurate production reporting.
Submit and track work orders.
Support job-sharing and cross-training to build team flexibility.
Ensure Safety & Compliance
Maintain compliance with HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and Quality Control programs.
Train team members on safety and food safety requirements.
Review and approve required process documentation.
Monitor time and attendance practices to ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations.
Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong coaching and performance management skills.
Experience working in food manufacturing or regulated environments preferred.
Working knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, SSOP) preferred.
Ability to analyze KPIs and implement process improvements.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
