to join our growing team at our South Miami location in Kendall, Florida.

Responsibilities
Data entry of all vehicle information to stock into dealer computer system; new and used vehicles, including customer street purchases
Create designated folders for support docs, MSO or title storage
Process new vehicle dealer trades, issue checks as needed
Process used vehicle wholesale billing
Maintain schedules relating to the inventories
Processing of product payments as needed with vendors (ex safe-guard)
Process cancellations and submissions for each product vendor
Post product vendor payment statements in DMS
Issue sales tax refunds to customers as needed
Maintain related schedules making notes as needed
Qualifications
Excel workbook skills required, basic formulas & V lookup
Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and
Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communications with peers and customers
Automotive software experience helpful Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP
