As an Associate Business Systems Analyst, you'll work in a global environment and contribute to enterprise application integrations. You will own the responsibilities of business analysis end to end, come up with innovative solutions for business problems, and coordinate with development teams to implement them.
Responsibilities
Gain thorough knowledge of Sales and Channels or Partners processes and functionalities to ensure operational effectiveness.
Foster partnerships with internal stakeholders, understand their needs, collaborate on solutions, and facilitate requirement analysis, prioritization, communication, and validation for organizational improvements.
Analyze business challenges and opportunities to recommend solutions that align with requirements and help the organization achieve its objectives.
Ensure accurate functional requirements are created and clearly presented to management and stakeholders for effective understanding and decision‑making.
Collaborate with developers, architects, managers, and business teams to guarantee on‑time delivery of quality solutions meeting specified business needs.
Adapt swiftly, excel in dynamic environments, master processes, leverage technologies, and proactively complete tasks with dedication and efficiency.
Qualifications
Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor/Master's degree.
Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in BA roles focused on ERP or CRM systems implementation and support.
Experience in Agile software development and familiarity with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Demonstrate good knowledge of SDLC, business processes, and data analysis.
Be familiar with Opportunity Management, Account Management, Lead Management, etc., in CRM systems.
Utilize Salesforce.com expertise to establish processes supporting Sales and Channels Business Groups operations effectively and efficiently.
