Job Description
We are seeking a clinically compassionate Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to evaluate and treat patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat SNF patients
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Complete documentation in Net Health per facility standards
Potential floatation to sister facilities within walking distance
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active CA OT License or in process under the 60-day rule
Preferred SNF experience; new graduates are welcome with mentorship available
Strong documentation and time-management skills
Flexible and collaborative mindset
