Assistant Andare Restaurant Manager

at the Hyatt Regency Seattle!

The Assistant Andare Restaurant Manager is an entry level management position and will be responsible in assisting with the day-to‑day management of the Hyatt Regency Seattle's Andare restaurant. The Assistant Food & Beverage Manager is integral part of the hotel’s overall Food and Beverage team. Responsibilities may include:

Supporting and managing Andare food & beverage while working closely with the F&B leaders, including the Director and Assistant Director of Operations and other hotel departments.

Responsible for the short and long term planning of Andare

Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team

Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results

Full understanding of Colleague engagement

Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance

Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions

Ability to take the initiative to run the outlet as a free standing entity

The salary range for this position is $80,169.00 to $86,600. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others

Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment

Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Refined verbal and written communication skills

Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Leader preferred

Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred

Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
