Summary
Join us for an incredible opportunity to be part of our Food and Beverage Team as the Assistant Andare Restaurant Manager at the Hyatt Regency Seattle.

This role is an entry‑level management position responsible for assisting in the day‑to‑day management of the Andare restaurant. The Assistant F&B Manager is integral to the hotel's overall Food & Beverage team.

Responsibilities

Supporting and managing Andare food & beverage while working closely with the F&B leaders, including the Director and Assistant Director of Operations and other hotel departments.

Responsible for the short and long term planning of Andare.

Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team.

Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results.

Full understanding of colleague engagement.

Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance.

Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions.

Ability to take the initiative to run the outlet as a free standing entity.

The salary range for this position is $80,169.00 to $86,600. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.

Qualifications

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others.

Must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Refined verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Leader preferred.

Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred.

Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with a flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader.
