Overview
We are seeking Level 2 skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our professional team.
As a Level 2 Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure smooth operation of our properties.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify issues or malfunctions
Perform preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and systems
Troubleshoot and repair appliances
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical devices
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing equipment and devices
Troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment
Complete carpentry and flooring repairs
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff
Maintain accurate records in building systems software
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks efficiently
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
Experience
Previous experience in maintenance of Multi-family residential properties
Previous experience in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems
Previous experience in plumbing repairs
Previous experience in electrical repairs
Previous experience in appliance repairs
Previous experience in carpentry repairs
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Yardi, Building Link, etc.)
Strong critical thinking skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
