Applying qualitative and quantitative insight — such as FTE baselines, workload assessment and benchmarking — to inform design decisions

Working in close partnership with HR, Change and Programme teams to support the transition from approved designs into implementation

What You’ll Bring

Strong experience in organisational design, workforce design or operating model transformation

Confidence working with senior leaders and facilitating complex, sometimes ambiguous discussions

Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, practical design solutions

Strong stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and constructive influencing style

Comfort working at pace in evolving environments where priorities and detail may still be emerging

Desirable, But Not Essential

Experience in housing, social impact or other regulated sectors

Familiarity with organisational design or change frameworks (e.g. Galbraith Star Model, McKinsey 7S, systems thinking)

Understanding of workforce transition or consultation considerations
