Speech/Language Pathologist - Clinical Fellowship School (SLP – Clinical Fellowship School)

Start date: ASAP. Available shifts: 8 D. Pay rate: $2,383.00 – $2,455.00.

AMN Healthcare is partnering with a well‑respected school district in Denver, CO to hire a highly motivated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contract position. The SLP will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to provide comprehensive speech and language services that support students’ academic and social development.

Responsibilities
The SLP will conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders in students. The SLP will develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with goals for students with speech and language needs. Throughout the school year, the SLP will provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings, monitor and document student progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. The SLP will also provide training and resources to teachers and staff on effective strategies to integrate speech therapy goals into the classroom environment.

Required Qualifications

Speech/Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellowship School Experience: New Grad Accepted, CF SLP – Clinical Fellowship Accepted.

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association (ASHA).

Colorado Department of Education Special Services Provider License (CDE SSP).

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working in a school setting, early childhood, or pediatrics.

Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.

Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations.
