
Senior Recruiter

This role is an essential business partner with assigned hiring leaders that ensures recruitment delivers the talent needed for all worker types—including employees, interns, and agency temporary workers—within an average of 45 days. The candidate will manage all full‑life cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, talent assessment, process management, offer extension, and offer closure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sourcing High Quality Passive Talent
Develop and execute a recruiting plan with hiring leaders to exceed direct‑source hiring goals.
Lead innovative sourcing plans in partnership with hiring leaders, using cold calling, social media campaigns, and targeted outreach to engage passive talent.
Direct recruitment programs at universities, alumni groups, organizations, and events, including public and online presentations.
Maintain relationships with former employees to build a network and track potential rehires.
Talent Assessment
Assess applicants against the ideal candidate profile and recommend a short list of qualified candidates for hiring leader consideration.
Lead the talent assessment and selection process with hiring leaders and interviewers, ensuring a legally defensible selection process and creating interview plans in Greenhouse.
Manage weekly recruiting meetings with active hiring leaders to ensure alignment.
Offering and Closing Terms
Direct consistent, clear, and regular communication with candidates throughout the process to ensure engagement and alignment.
Manage expectations and negotiate all offer terms to maximize efficiency and improve the offer‑to‑hire ratio.
Operational Excellence
Efficiently manage workload and talent in Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other tools.
Maintain accurate weekly requisition reports and other reporting as needed.
Ensure hiring teams complete interview feedback notes before extending offers.
Ensure a legally defensible selection process in alignment with OFCCP and other protocols.
Manage external recruiting agencies to augment internal sourcing efforts.
Spearhead service level agreement commitments with leaders and manage goal achievement.
Build Hiring Team Acumen
Oversee service level agreements with internal clients to ensure a collaborative working relationship.
Mentor hiring managers on best practices, including OFCCP, EEOC, talent assessment methods, and candidate selling.
Partner with hiring managers to exchange ideas on talent market trends and competitors.
Regulate position and competency‑specific behavioral interview questionnaires for consistency and effectiveness.
Coaches hiring managers on strategies to fill roles in under 45 days, navigate internal candidate decisions, and handle interview panel dynamics.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of recruiting experience (preferably 10+ years).

Compensation
Salary range: $82,000.00 – $140,000.00. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, education, location, and other factors permitted by law.
