Job Summary
The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, recruiting, interviewing and onboarding new employees.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Own full cycle recruiting delivery for an assigned business area, ensuring roles are filled with qualified talent in a timely manner.
Lead and support a team of recruiters, providing direction, coaching, and prioritization to ensure alignment with business needs.
Serve as the primary escalation point for recruiting challenges and partner with leaders to drive resolution.
Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs, priorities, and workforce plans.
Define roles upfront with leaders, including scope, success measures, and indicators of strong performance.
Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned to business priorities, including passive sourcing and employment marketing.
Personally engage passive talent using advanced and AI‑enabled sourcing tools, professional networks, referrals, and creative outreach.
Set the standard for proactive, relationship‑driven recruiting across the team.
Build and maintain short‑term and long‑term talent pipelines ahead of demand.
Review recruiter pipelines and candidate submissions to ensure quality, alignment, and readiness.
Contribute to improvements in recruiting processes, tools, and execution.
Coordinate interviews and manage feedback loops with speed, structure, and clarity.
Use recruiting metrics to track progress, identify risks, and drive accountability.
Ensure accurate documentation and data integrity in the applicant tracking system.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Salary: Min USD $90,000.00/Yr. Max USD $105,000.00/Yr.
Qualifications
Minimum of three (3) years’ successful experience sourcing and recruiting talent for technical, administrative, and management positions.
Extended periods of sitting, computer use, talking, and possibly standing.
Must be self‑motivated, positive in approach, professional, and help to create, develop and implement process improvement(s). Must promote the Company culture and mission to all employees, vendors, clients, and business partners. Must possess proven problem‑solving skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to effectively read, write, and give oral directions to project personnel.
Must possess at least a High School diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's degree in HR or Business preferred.
Practices continual process improvement and sourcing best practices to enhance service delivery to customers.
Exhibits professional negotiation techniques and skills for salary negotiations.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and MS Project).
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently prioritize and organize multiple activities to meet hiring managers’ demands.
Must meet Company minimum driving standards and be able to travel locally to Talent Acquisition opportunities.
Must manage multiple searches simultaneously.
License Required.
