Job Description
Atlantic Health System is seeking a full‑time Social Worker (MSW) for Case Management at Newton Medical Center to work 8 AM‑4 PM. Occasional weekends may be required to meet the needs of the department – it will not exceed one weekend every four weeks.
Essential Functions / Responsibilities
Discharge planning from an acute care hospital.
Supportive and therapeutic counseling.
Qualifications
MSW from an accredited school of social work.
NJ LSW required / LCSW highly preferred.
One year in a medical setting (acute care hospital) or one year externship would be considered.
