Program Overview – Management Trainee
The CE New Graduate Rotational Program 2026 is a 12‑month cross‑functional, hands‑on learning experience for entry‑level, qualified candidates. Participants develop the skills needed to thrive across multiple areas of the organization, including:
Orientation to Carrier Enterprise’s mission, vision, values, and culture
Product and sales knowledge, sales techniques, and marketing strategies
Residential/Commercial Sales
Wholesale/Branch Sales Functions
Distribution/Warehouse Operations
Customer Experience Development
Upon successful completion, trainees may pursue careers in sales, branch sales, warehouse operations, finance, marketing, and more.
Key Requirements
Graduated within two years of earning a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Creative, self‑motivated, tenacious, ambitious, and enthusiastic
Ability to navigate changing environments and complex projects
Willingness to travel during the training period
Availability to relocate upon completion of the program
Strong interest in customer service, distribution operations, supply chain operations, store operations, or commercial engineering (a plus)
Internship experience in related areas (a plus)
