What you will be doing:
This foreman position organizes, assigns and directly supervises a multi‑disciplined group of LTC employees. Responsible and accountable for the quality and quantity of work performed by facility employees in various districts. Maintains state facilities for safe and efficient operation, providing coordination/supervision of maintenance teams.

The working environment you can expect:
Located at Fairbanks Hub Maintenance Shop; responsibilities include maintaining, installing, and repairing facility systems across Northern Region Division of Facilities Services. Requires occasional field inspections and short‑duration travel, including small aircraft.
Qualifications:
Mechanical: Knowledge of machines and tools, including design, installation, use, repair, and maintenance.
Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend solutions.
Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and conscientiousness.
Special Note:
Valid Alaska Driver’s License.
