Job Details
Active membership in the State Bar of California, in good standing.
At least 1 year of civil litigation experience.
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage an independent caseload with partner oversight.
Experience drafting motions, handling discovery, and analyzing legal issues, exposure, and defenses.
Comfortable appearing in court, taking and defending depositions, and managing case strategy.
