Job Summary
We’re looking for a dynamic and mission‑driven Content Creator & Talent to join our HMG streaming brands. This role is designed for someone who lives at the intersection of faith, culture, and creativity – someone who can make compelling faith forward, produce culturally relevant podcast content, and create engaging social media that resonates with Gen Z and young adult audiences.

Essential Functions
Content Creation:

Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute fresh, faith‑forward content ideas.

Create short‑form video, audio, and written content for platforms such as, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Engage with listeners and followers to build authentic community and drive brand engagement.

Stay informed on trends in music, youth culture, and faith to ensure content remains timely and impactful.

Create Podcasts that connect and engage people to love Christ, serve others and spread hope.

Assist the Director of Audio streaming shoulder the responsibilities for programming our online‑only stations, particularly helping with urban programming – Gospel 24/7 & NGEN.

Ability to voice‑track on occasion.

Demonstrated Faith

Committed to a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Grounded spiritually and biblically literate.

Comfortable praying for co‑workers in team meetings, leading spoken prayer, and participating in ministry prayer meetings and Bible studies.

Live Christian principles defined by the ministry’s Statement of Faith & Biblical Beliefs.

Participate in on‑air fundraisers and pray for donors as needed.

Passion for leveraging the HMG’s media platforms for evangelism and discipleship.

Exhibit a strong moral character.

Active member of a Bible‑believing local church.

Requirements
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation: video, audio, and written content for a variety of platforms.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in media.

Experience in podcasting, radio, or digital audio hosting.

Video editing or graphic design experience preferred.

Existing connections in the Christian music or creative community preferred.

Experience with youth ministry, urban outreach, or digital discipleship preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Excellent storytelling, interviewing, and audio production skills.

Understanding of Christian hip‑hop, pop, and Gen Z culture.

Proficiency in social media content creation on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, or similar.

Familiarity with video editing tools like Dolby Premier and others.

Collaborative spirit, strong work ethic and self‑starter mindset.

Heart for Christian ministry.

Strong moral character.

Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Spiritually grounded and working knowledge of scripture.

Must be an active member of a Bible‑believing local church.
