
Workers' Compensation Attorney

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join a growing legal team in Miami. This role is ideal for an attorney with at least two years of hands‑on workers’ compensation experience who is passionate about advocating for clients and delivering strong case outcomes.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is confident managing cases from inception through resolution.
Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of workers’ compensation matters from intake through settlement or trial.
Represent clients at depositions, mediations, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their claims.
Draft and review legal documents including petitions, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and insurance carriers.
Conduct legal research and stay current on Florida workers’ compensation laws and regulations.
Negotiate settlements and advocate for favorable outcomes on behalf of clients.
Maintain accurate and organized case files while meeting deadlines and court requirements.
Qualifications
Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing workers’ compensation law.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required).
Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience handling hearings, depositions, and mediations preferred.
