Successful boutique wealth management firm in Dallas seeks a highly organized Executive & Personal Assistant to support its Founder and CEO. This trusted role blends executive support with meaningful personal logistics and is ideal for someone who enjoys anticipating needs and helping an executives world run smoothly.
What Youll Do
Manage complex calendars, travel planning, and day-to-day scheduling
Coordinate personal logistics such as appointments, travel changes, and related needs
Help manage vendors and logistics across multiple residences
Assist with meeting follow-up and general administrative coordination
Serve as a dependable partner supporting the Founder and CEO
Whats Offered
