Location – Findlay Township, Pennsylvania. (On-Site 3 day a week)
Duration – 12 month w2 Contract.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sourcing and procurement activities including RFQs, price negotiation, and purchase order execution
Support the full procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle and ensure timely delivery of materials
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve delivery or quality issues
Analyze spend data to identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities
Ensure compliance with U.S. government/defense procurement regulations and internal policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management
Experience with RFQs, purchase orders, and vendor negotiations
Strong analytical and communication skills
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Preferred
Experience in defense, aerospace, or manufacturing industry
Knowledge of FAR/ITAR or government compliance requirements
