Warehouse Receiver
The Warehouse Receiver is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming shipments of products, materials, and supplies. This role ensures that inventory is properly verified, documented, and stored according to company standards while maintaining safety, quality, and accuracy.
Receive inbound shipments and verify items against purchase orders, packing slips, or ASN documentation
Inspect deliveries for damage, shortages, or discrepancies
Report and document damaged or incorrect materials following company procedures
Accurately record received goods in the Warehouse Management System (AX) or ERP
Label and tag inventory correctly for identification and tracking
Ensure products are placed in designated storage or staging locations
Other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
0-2 years of previous warehouse or receiving experience preferred
Basic computer and data entry skills
Ability to read packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders
Ability to lift up to 33 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
Accuracy and attention to detail
Time management and ability to meet deadlines
Teamwork and communication skills
Basic math and counting skills
Commitment to safety and quality
This position offers a salary range of (USD 40,768.00 - 61,152.00 Salaried). Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, including education, experience, internal equity, geographic location, and the candidate's expertise, and therefore may vary from the range listed. For roles based outside Massachusetts, the applicable salary range may be lower.
