Position Specific Summary - The GW Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (OIE) is housed under the Office of the Vice President of Research. The office provides all GW students, faculty, and staff with experiential education and programming around innovation, entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, and venture creation. The Student Program Coordinator provides advanced operational and communication support for OIE programs by assisting with program materials management, participant communications, reporting and tracking, and coordination with internal and external partners. While involved across OIE programs, this role carries increased responsibilities supporting international programs, including direct support for an international student cohort and related program operations during the summer. The Student Program Coordinator reports to the Supervisor of Program Operations.
Standard Position Description - The student will assist in the management and leading of program(s). Tasks may include leading and organizing programs; designing and implementing program timelines, goals, communications, and budgets; serving as a primary point of contact for the program; coordinating with collaborators and other departments reporting updates and outcomes; training and managing student staff. Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental needs.

Required Qualifications - Previous skills, training, or experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications - Korean fluency or proficiency strongly preferred; experience with program coordination; strong written and oral communication; excellent organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities independently; experience supporting international or cross-cultural programs.
