Executive & Team Support

Provide administrative support to senior leadership including scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination
Organize and prepare for internal meetings, off-sites, and team events
Manage conference room bookings and visitor coordination
Handle expense reporting and invoice processing
What We're Looking For

Required:
3+ years of office management experience in a

creative agency, tech company, or similar fast-paced professional environment

— this is non-negotiable
Proven ability to manage a busy, dynamic office independently with minimal supervision
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're warm, professional, and solutions-oriented
Comfortable wearing multiple hats and pivoting quickly as priorities shift
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office
Ability to commit to a fully onsite schedule, Monday through Friday
