Overview
We’re looking for an experienced
Site Superintendent
to provide on-site leadership and drive the successful execution of commercial electrical projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, leads by example, and takes pride in quality, safety, and performance.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices on active job sites
Oversee installation of commercial electrical systems in alignment with drawings, specs, NEC, and local codes
Manage daily reports, look-aheads, progress updates, and documentation
Ensure strict compliance with OSHA, PPE, and company safety programs
Coordinate labor, tools, equipment, fleet vehicles, and material needs
Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
Support QA/QC efforts, site visits, and project execution standards
Train, evaluate, and develop field personnel
Qualifications
5+ years as a Journeyman Electrician with commercial experience
Strong ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
Deep knowledge of the NEC and construction processes
Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Comfortable working in demanding environments and at heights
Willingness to travel 75–90% (17/4 rotation provided)
