About the Role
We are seeking a talented and organized Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team in Bengaluru, India. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design projects, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining high‑quality standards across all deliverables.

Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards

Collaborate with designers, clients, and other stakeholders to gather project requirements and facilitate effective communication

Organize and maintain design files, assets, and project documentation

Schedule and coordinate design review meetings, presentations, and client approvals

Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans

Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to team members and management

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines across all projects

Coordinate with vendors and external partners for production and delivery of design materials

Assist in the development of design concepts and provide constructive feedback

Perform quality checks on design deliverables before client presentation or production

What do we need from you

Bachelor’s degree in architecture and Post graduation in project management or construction management or equivalent

4 to 5 years of similar experience

What's in it for you

Middle East Project Experience is preferred

Oracle (Project Management Tool) experience is preferred

Proficiency in design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) is preferred

Strong knowledge of design principles, trends, and best practices

Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with project management methodologies

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

Problem‑solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements
