
Bilingual Logistics Coordinator EnglishSpanish

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Logistics Coordinator to manage and oversee both inbound and outbound logistics operations. This role is critical to ensuring the timely movement of materials, efficient inventory replenishment, and seamless coordination between vendors, carriers, warehouses, and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Logistics
Coordinate and track all incoming shipments, including production materials, ingredients, food safety supplies, cleaning products, and office supplies
Schedule receiving appointments and manage communication with carriers and vendors
Follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time delivery to facilities and external storage locations
Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including ocean freight (e.g., vessels) and air shipments from overseas suppliers
Manage inbound logistics from third-party storage facilities to maintain optimal inventory levels
Schedule and oversee multiple daily transfers between warehouse locations to prevent stock shortages
Outbound Logistics
Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely dispatch based on production schedules and operational demands
Manage high-volume shipping activity, including multiple daily trailer movements to distribution hubs
Work closely with carriers and shipping partners to ensure all shipments depart on time and meet delivery requirements
Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any delays or issues
Qualifications
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination preferred
Must be bilingual English/Spanish
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments is a plus
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, carriers, and internal teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or logistics management systems
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
Work Environment
Fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment
Requires frequent coordination with multiple departments and external partners
May involve working with tight deadlines and high shipment volumes, especially during peak periods
Compensation
$60,000 per year
