Overview

The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations across multiple sites. This position ensures accurate documentation, smooth shipment flow, and strong coordination between warehouse, logistics, and internal teams. Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying documentation and supporting dock operations
Maintain and update operational reports, metrics, and tracking spreadsheets
Support warehouse processes including receiving shipments, processing transfers, and preparing shipping documentation
Communicate with carriers, internal teams, and supervisors to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods
Provide general administrative and operational support, including ordering supplies and assisting with day-to-day needs
Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations support
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong Microsoft Office skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to take on new responsibilities
