
Founding Account Executive

W are hiring a Founding Account Executive to join as the first sales hire and build our go-to-market engine from $1M to $10M ARR. Backed by YC and growing ~7x in the last 7 months through founder-led sales, this is a rare opportunity to define and scale a repeatable sales motion.
You’ll work directly with the CEO, inherit a strong inbound pipeline (70% inbound), and play a critical role in shaping how we sell to technical buyers.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: prospect, demo, negotiate, and close
- Convert high-intent product signups into paying customers via multi-channel outreach
- Build and document the Company Sales Playbook from scratch
- Design outbound systems using tools like Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Partner closely with engineering to develop deep product and technical understanding
Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience selling dev tools or AI/conversational AI products
- Proven ability to source pipeline and close deals independently
- Experience in early-stage startups (Seed–Series B)
- Strong technical fluency (APIs, AI infrastructure, developer workflows)
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., GPT, Claude) for sales automation
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco (onsite required)

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $100K–$125K
- Equity: 0.15%–0.35%
