Summary: The Human Resources Generalist will support daily HR operations while contributing to strategic initiatives that enhance workforce performance and organizational effectiveness. This role acts as a key partner to leadership, ensuring compliance, improving processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture. As a Human Resources Generalist, You Will: Support workforce planning and succession initiatives to ensure business continuity Benchmark compensation and support salary structure development Promote HR best practices across multiple business units Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs Manage training records, skills tracking, and workforce capability systems Support leadership development and coaching initiatives Develop and manage onboarding programs for new hires Partner with managers on performance management, feedback, and employee development Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations and HR support Mediate employee concerns and foster a positive workplace environment Coordinate recruiting activities including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling Administer payroll and employee benefits programs Assist employees with benefits enrollment and ongoing support Maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Oversee workplace safety initiatives and OSHA compliance Prepare and submit required reports including EEO-1 and OSHA logs Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Support implementation and improvement of HR systems and tools Prepare HR metrics and reports to support leadership decision-making Qualifications: 3-5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or small business environment Experience with payroll systems and HRIS platforms preferred Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities High level of confidentiality and professionalism Ability to adapt and work across multiple business units Willingness to travel occasionally as needed Bilingual skills a plus Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Salary: $75K-$90K Ask for: Hersha Dwyer Job Id: 26238 Ajulia Executive Search is a New Jersey based Executive Search Firm specializing in retained searches in multiple sectors, including Manufacturing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Pharmaceutical.
