About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in its ambitious growth journey. The CFO will be a senior advisor to the executive team, influencing long-term strategy, growth initiatives, and acquisitions. This leadership position demands a professional with a strong background in financial management, particularly in the construction, development, or related industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial aspects, including accounting, treasury, budgeting, reporting, and compliance across multiple divisions. A key focus will be on strengthening job-cost visibility, WIP reporting, and cash flow performance to enhance profitability. The CFO will also be instrumental in building scalable financial systems and controls, driving M&A strategy, and managing key relationships with external partners.

Applicants for the CFO role at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance position. A proven track record of scaling a company through operational discipline and strategic foresight is essential, as is expertise in construction finance, M&A, strategic planning, and capital markets. The role requires exceptional communication skills to translate complex financials into actionable insights and a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business. A CPA and/or MBA is preferred. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, championing innovation through financial technology, data analytics, and real-time reporting, and will be committed to developing a high-performing finance and accounting team that embodies the company's collaborative, high-integrity culture.
