A division of Harris; Questline is seeking an Account Manager. The Account Manager is a client-facing marketing role responsible for managing day-to-day relationships and overseeing the execution of integrated marketing programs for assigned accounts. This role serves as the primary strategic owner for a portfolio of accounts and the secondary point of contact for larger, high-value clients under the guidance of an Account Director.
This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in the US. Travel is required as needed, approximately 30%.

What Your Impact Will Be
Marketing Strategy Ownership: Develop and manage marketing strategies aligned to client business objectives.
Client Relationships: Serve as the primary day‑to‑day marketing partner for assigned accounts.
Execution Oversight: Oversee the execution of marketing programs across multiple channels.
Revenue Retention & Growth: Own renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively grow accounts.
Multi‑Account Management: Successfully manage multiple active accounts and priorities simultaneously with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Relationship Building
Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for assigned client accounts, acting as a trusted marketing advisor.
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders through strategic guidance, responsiveness, and results.
Confidently lead client meetings, status calls, and planning discussions.
Support Account Directors in executive‑level meetings and contribute to long‑term marketing strategies.
Marketing Strategy & Account Planning
Develop and maintain strategic account plans that align marketing initiatives to client goals.
Assess client performance, identify gaps, and make data‑informed recommendations.
Translate client objectives into actionable marketing tactics and campaign roadmaps.
Continuously evaluate and optimize strategies to improve performance and outcomes.
Revenue Retention & Growth
Own revenue targets for assigned accounts, including renewals, expansions, and upsell opportunities.
Identify new marketing opportunities within existing accounts and proactively bring recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to scope, price, and deliver marketing solutions that drive growth.
Execution & Solution Oversight
Oversee timelines, deliverables, and performance across multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.
Ensure work is progressing according to plan while proactively addressing risks or gaps.
Partner with Project Coordinators and internal teams to ensure high‑quality delivery.
Communicate milestones, performance, and next steps clearly and proactively to clients.
What We Are Looking For
3–5+ years of experience in marketing account management, agency account management, or a similar marketing-focused role.
Demonstrated experience developing and managing marketing strategies for multiple clients or accounts.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage several accounts simultaneously.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign execution, and performance measurement.
Experience with revenue accountability, renewals, and account growth.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field required.
