Who We’re Hiring.
A Social Media Coordinator with a passion for creating performance‑driven content and paid ads. This role will own the execution of organic and paid social efforts across multiple client accounts, oversee optimization efforts, and analyze results across multiple platforms including (but not limited to) Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

This position requires a balance of creative thinking, strategic planning, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:

General:

Guide overall social media efforts to elevate brand image, awareness, and performance for assigned clients

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate social media into broader advertising initiatives

Stay current on social trends, tools, and platform updates, and recommend new strategies to keep clients ahead of the curve

Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality

Content:

Plan and execute strategic social media content calendars (including post concepts, copywriting, and collaboration with creative team)

Write strong copy across multiple brand voices

Coordinate with the creative team to develop content that aligns with strategy and campaign goals

Manage daily community engagement and reputation management (comments, DMs, reviews as applicable)

Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities. Use performance insights to refine content strategy over time

Paid Social Advertising

Manage paid social campaigns day‑to‑day, including optimization opportunities to improve performance

Channel strategy

Targeting and audience development

Creative and ad copy development

Testing and iteration

Budget pacing and management

Track and report on campaign performance and communicate status updates to internal teams and clients

Provide custom analysis, key insights, and strategic recommendations

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Advertising, etc.)

Minimum of 1 year of experience managing social media for businesses and/or brands

Strong knowledge of social platforms, best practices, and content formats

Excellent copywriting skills and experience writing across multiple brand voices

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Self‑starter with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed objectives for clients and the agency
