Liberty Systems is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Waukesha, WI. As a trusted provider of dry air and nitrogen generation systems for industrial assist gas customers, Liberty Systems offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to begin their careers in a supportive and professional environment.
Salary
We offer this position $45,000 - $50,000/year.
Schedule
The position is based onsite at our Waukesha, Wisconsin headquarters, with the flexibility of one remote workday each week. Standard business hours apply, and up to 15% travel may be required for trade shows, customer visits, and partner events.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the commercial team to assess needs and provide timely, brand-aligned marketing support.
Develop and update sales collateral such as presentations, product sheets, and proposal templates using Canva and PowerPoint.
Engage with prospects, track progress through the sales funnel, and report on status.
Plan and coordinate events for trade shows, preparing booth and presentation materials.
Manage content libraries for sales enablement and maintain CRM data accuracy within Microsoft Dynamics.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications (May 2024 or 2025 graduates welcome).
Genuine passion for sales, marketing, and B2B business.
Willingness to travel up to 15% for trade shows and events.
Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Canva, Acrobat Pro, PowerPoint, MS Office, and Microsoft Dynamics (CRM).
Strong visual and written communication skills.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and juggle multiple projects.
Collaborative, coachable, and eager to develop in a fast-paced company.
Proactive, adaptable, and reliable.
Fluency in Spanish is a major plus and strongly encouraged.
Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
