Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer responsible for creating, editing, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation for products and systems. The role involves collaborating with developers, engineers, and subject matter experts to produce user manuals, installation guides, release notes, FAQs, and online help content. The ideal candidate will ensure documentation is clear, accurate, and tailored to the target audience while maintaining consistency in style, structure, and tone.

Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, release notes, FAQs, and online help content.
Gather information by studying product samples, reviewing technical specifications, and interviewing subject matter experts (SMEs).
Analyze target audiences to ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and appropriate for different technical skill levels.
Develop and integrate visual elements such as diagrams, graphs, screenshots, and illustrations to improve understanding.
Review, edit, and standardize documentation to ensure consistency in tone, style, and structure.
Maintain and update documentation to reflect product changes, bug fixes, and new feature releases.
Archive and manage documentation repositories to ensure version control and accessibility.
Collaborate with product developers, engineers, UX designers, and customer support teams to validate documentation accuracy.
Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in

technical documentation and content creation .
Expertise in writing and editing

user manuals, installation guides, release notes, FAQs, and online help content .
Experience maintaining and updating documentation for product changes and feature enhancements.
Ability to gather information from

technical specifications, product samples, and SMEs .
Strong editing, proofreading, and documentation standardization skills.
