Position Responsibilities
Develop strategic and creative approaches to maximize impact of client-facing activations.
Manage the US ticket program and associated on-site activations (Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, Celtics, concerts) including contract evaluation and renewals, performance tracking and adhering to FINRA requirements.
Manage event budgets, including reporting, internal approvals and coordination with procurement, legal and compliance.
Partner with event professionals to manage planning, logistics, on-site execution, attendee management and presentation or talking-point preparation as needed.

In partnership with Distribution, build a tracking and measurement platform to report on ROI.
Manage activation materials including invites, email communications, legal and compliance reviews, creative needs, and more.
Responsible for day-to-day program management, including on-the-ground execution.
