Coordinator, Proposal Sourcing

What is the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Proposal Manager, this role is responsible for identifying bid opportunities, managing the bid
o-bid decision process, and handling client and procurement site registrations.

What You'll Do Here:

Facilitate the bid
o-bid decision-making process for opportunities across North America.

Conduct research on client and bid sourcing platforms to identify potential opportunities.

Maintain and update the pursuit database to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Keep the client database current and organized.

Manage client site registrations across various procurement platforms.

What You Bring to The Team:

A proactive and collaborative team player with 1–2 years of experience in bid sourcing, ideally within the utilities construction sector.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce and manage reports related to bid sourcing and business development pipelines.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with bidding platforms such as Merx, Biddingo, Bids & Tenders, and U.S. bidding sites.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint.

Technical understanding of the utilities industry is a significant asset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, balancing competing priorities with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
