We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to support our growing SaaS sales team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily sales operations, customer communications, proposal coordination, CRM management, scheduling, reporting, and overall sales process efficiency.
This role is critical in helping the Sales team stay organized, responsive, and focused on generating new business opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
Experience working within SaaS, hospitality, hotel operations, or technology environments is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales team with daily administrative and operational tasks
Coordinate sales meetings, demos, presentations, and follow-up communications
Manage and maintain accurate customer records within Salesforce CRM
Track leads, opportunities, proposals, contracts, and sales activity
Assist with preparing proposals, agreements, onboarding documents, and customer communications
Coordinate internally with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Operations teams
Help monitor sales KPIs, pipeline activity, and reporting metrics
Ensure all sales activities and customer interactions are properly documented in Salesforce
Follow up with prospects regarding demos, proposals, and pending opportunities
Assist with scheduling Zoom meetings, customer onboarding calls, and internal meetings
Support trade shows, events, customer outreach campaigns, and marketing initiatives
Maintain organized records of customer accounts and sales documentation
Provide excellent customer service and timely communication to clients and prospects
Assist leadership with executive summaries, reports, and sales recaps
Qualifications

2+ years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, customer service, or administrative support
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Experience with SaaS or hospitality technology environments is a plus
Ability to work collaboratively across departments
