We’re partnering with a high-growth, premium CPG brand in the protein space that is looking to add a

Sales Operations Coordinator

to their team.
This is a highly execution-focused role supporting key distributor relationships and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across the business.
What You’ll Do:

Manage day-to-day operations with national distributors and key accounts
Support demand forecasting and maintain healthy inventory levels
Oversee order flow from purchase order through fulfillment
Execute promotions, new item setups, and distributor submissions
Monitor and resolve order, inventory, and fulfillment issues in real time
Maintain reporting on sales performance, inventory, and fill rates
Partner cross-functionally with sales, finance, and supply chain teams
What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of experience in CPG sales ops, operations, or inside sales
Experience working with major distributors (UNFI, KeHE, or similar)
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment
Details:

Southern California – LA or San Diego (hybrid; in-office to start)
