What you’ll do:

Drive new business acquisition and expand existing member relationships

Conduct field-based networking, cold calling, and community engagement

Develop and execute a personal business development strategy

Deliver tailored financial solutions to business clients

Partner with internal teams for seamless onboarding and member experience

What we’re looking for:

3–5 years in business banking, business development, or relationship-based sales

Strong outbound prospecting & consultative selling skills

Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and relationship-focused mindset
