We partner with well‑known brands to create engaging in‑store experiences that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and long‑term loyalty. We’re currently hiring Promotions Specialists who are outgoing, motivated, and eager to grow in a performance‑driven environment.

About the Role
As a Promotions Specialist, you’ll represent major brands inside retail locations, working directly with customers to introduce products, answer questions, and help customers find solutions that fit their needs. This is a fast‑paced, people‑focused role with hands‑on training designed to develop communication, sales, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers inside retail locations and build rapport

Present product features, benefits, and promotional offers

Help customers evaluate products and services based on their needs

Develop skills in lead generation, objection handling, and sales closing

Maintain a professional and positive representation of partnered brands

Contribute to individual and team performance goals

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required
