In this hands‑on B2B marketing role, you’ll connect Chromalloy’s portfolio of solutions to the right markets and customers through integrated campaigns, digital programs, and high‑impact content—working closely with the VP of Marketing & Communications and cross‑functional partners.
Job Duties
Plan and execute integrated B2B campaigns across digital and traditional channels aligned to Chromalloy commercial priorities and product roadmap (airlines, MRO, military, and energy).
Own the marketing programs calendar and partner with Sales/Business Development to support demand generation and pipeline goals.
Create and manage customer‑facing collateral (product sheets, presentations, case studies, white papers, brochures) and sales enablement tools that clearly communicate the value proposition.
Drive digital marketing initiatives (email, content marketing, SEO/SEM, paid media), including campaign landing pages and site updates in coordination with Communications & Digital Media.
Use CRM and marketing automation (e.g., Salesforce) to support lead generation, nurturing, tracking, and reporting; leverage AI‑assisted tools to scale and optimize delivery.
Translate market research, competitive insights, and voice‑of‑customer input into stronger messaging and smarter programs.
Measure performance, share insights, and continuously improve ROI through clear metrics and recommendations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
8+ years of B2B marketing experience (aerospace/aviation/MRO, manufacturing, defense, or industrial preferred), including global, integrated campaigns.
Strong communicator who can turn complex technical topics into clear, customer‑ready messaging and content.
Digital and demand‑gen chops: email, content, SEO/SEM, paid media, and campaign landing pages.
Comfortable with CRM/marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and performance analytics.
Proven project management skills—able to run multiple programs with speed, structure, and accountability.
Willingness to travel up to 25%; design tool familiarity (Adobe/Canva) is a plus.
