Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients for staffing and recruitment services.

Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, vendors, and direct clients.

Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, networking, referrals, and job portals.

Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with recruiting teams.

Negotiate contracts, rate cards, MSA agreements, and staffing terms.

Work closely with recruiters to submit qualified candidates quickly.

Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.

Maintain client satisfaction and ensure successful delivery.

Track sales pipeline, closures, and revenue targets using CRM tools.

Attend business meetings, staffing events, and networking sessions.

Build long-term strategic staffing partnerships.
