As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving Kforce’s growth by connecting top talent with leading clients. This is a consultative, relationship‑driven sales role with uncapped earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through referrals, networking, social media, research, and direct client outreach

Schedule and lead client meetings to position Kforce’s staffing, project, and technology consulting solutions

Build trusted, long‑term client relationships and become a market expert

Understand client strategies, goals, and workforce needs

Deliver engaging, consultative presentations to decision‑makers

Negotiate bill rates, contract terms, and fees

Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver high‑quality talent solutions to clients

Manage client relationships throughout the assignment lifecycle to expand account penetrationMonitor and ensure ongoing client satisfaction

Grow client accounts

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in staffing or professional sales

Strong consultative, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn new technologies quickly

Willingness to travel occasionally within the Boston market area.

Base Salary: $60,000 – $88,900 (in accordance with Massachusetts pay equity law)

Uncapped monthly commissions based on performance metrics
