Student Sales Coordinator WORKSTUDY

Position Summary
The Student Sales Coordinator must be able to work in a team environment to handle sales inquiries both online, over the phone and in person. Sales coordinators must be familiar with regulations and policies to serve as liaisons for clients. The Student Sales Coordinator reports to the Sales Manager.

Essential Functions

Answering phone, processing payments, client interaction and follow up, etc.

Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs.

Must display strong customer service and communication skills both written and verbal.

Must be able to work as a team.

Must have good organization and planning skills.

Business Casual attire is required due to the constant interaction with clients outside of the University.

Qualifications
Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Microsoft office.

Strong Customer Service Skills.

Strong attention to details.

Ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to work efficiently with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities.

Employee shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations of the University, the Conference, and the NCAA .

Required Education
Current UIW undergrad students only.

Required Work Experience
None.

Preferred Qualifications

We highly recommend students who are interested in Business, Communications and related fields.

Experience with social media platforms.

Experience with Microsoft office.

Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations
None.

Work Hours
Varied hours. 20 hours max per week. Must be available weekdays and weekends is needed.

Physical Demands
Ability to lift up to 15lbs.

Salary
$11/hr.
