Sales Manager (B2B Sales, Team Leadership, CRM – Remote, U.S. Hours)
About the Role
We’re hiring a
Sales Manager
to lead, coach, and scale a
high-performing sales team
while driving consistent revenue growth.
In this role, you’ll oversee the
full sales process — from pipeline generation to deal closure — while managing team performance, coaching reps, and optimizing systems .

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead, manage, and motivate the
sales team to meet and exceed targets
Set clear
KPIs, activity targets, and performance expectations
Conduct regular
1:1 coaching sessions and performance reviews
Build a
high-performance, accountable team culture
Onboarding & Training
Oversee onboarding and ramp-up for
new sales hires
Deliver ongoing
training on sales processes, communication, and product knowledge
Improve
sales scripts, playbooks, and best practices
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management
Monitor
sales metrics, pipeline health, and conversion rates
Analyze performance data and implement improvements at each stage
Ensure accurate use of
CRM systems and data tracking
Prepare reports and forecasts for leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with
Marketing
to align campaigns and lead generation efforts
Partner with leadership on
forecasting and strategic planning
Collaborate with
Operations and Customer Success
for smooth handoffs
Requirements
3+ years of experience in
sales management, business development, or account management
Proven track record of
leading teams and hitting revenue targets
Strong understanding of the
full sales cycle (prospecting → closing)
Experience with
CRM systems
(Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into
actionable insights
Comfortable working
remote during U.S. business hours
Nice to Have
Experience developing
sales training programs or enablement materials
Experience in
B2B, SaaS, or service-based industries
Strong forecasting and pipeline management experience
Tools & Tech
CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
Sales reporting and analytics tools
