The Sales Coordinator will act as the backbone of the sales team, assisting Sales Executives with administrative tasks, CRM management (Wingmate), and customer relationship management. Key duties include making sure all temporary and permanent service agreements are entered into the system along with agreements being scanned into the system. They will assist in identifying prospects, analyzing sales opportunities, creating project plans, and supporting revenue expansion through proposal development and follow-up. They will make sure all Price Adjustments are keyed into system(Tower) and rolled out to customer at the correct time of increase.

Daily Duties

Process new customer orders, service agreements (temporary & permanent), and contracts

Ensure all agreements are entered into the system and scanned/uploaded correctly

Enter and update price adjustments in Tower and verify correct rollout timing to customers

Maintain and update customer records in Wingmate and other systems

Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries (phone/email), resolving billing and service issues

Perform data entry and quality checks on account setups

Monitor sales activity in Wingmate and support Sales Executives with updates

Assist with prospect identification and follow-up on sales opportunities

Support special waste customers with profile approvals and immediate needs

Weekly Duties

Prepare and distribute sales reports (volume, revenue, and performance tracking)

Review CRM data (Wingmate) for accuracy and completeness

Follow up on outstanding proposals, quotes, and customer requests

Coordinate with sales team on active opportunities and project plans

Monitor and report on sales team rankings and performance metrics

Assist with marketing material updates and distribution

Review upcoming price adjustments to ensure readiness and accuracy

Track status of special waste profiles and renewals

Monthly Duties

Analyze sales data and trends to support revenue growth strategies

Support proposal development and revenue expansion initiatives

Coordinate waste profile renewals and ensure compliance

Assist with national account program support and broker accounting tasks

Conduct system audits for data accuracy (Wingmate, Tower, landfill data)

Review and validate pricing structures across accounts and landfills

Provide detailed reporting to leadership on sales performance and opportunities

Identify process improvements for sales support and customer management
