Summary
This position is located within the Fort Gordon Business Operations Division, Cyber Conference & Catering Center.
Responsibilities
Manages a business activity; develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
Supervises assigned staff.
Develops budgetary data.
Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.
Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.
Requirements

A one-year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

Qualifications

Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.
Highly Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of Army NAF experience.
At least one year of catering experience; to include event planning/programming.
At least one year experience as a Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder.
Education

Allowances and Differentials
This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
